In 1993, the IDEALS Leadership School was created and developed to offer a signature curriculum based on life fundamentals and leadership skills enabling young people to be more effective role models. IDEALS invests in young people who have demonstrated the potential and desire to become positive role models and helps them develop their leadership skills through the IDEALS eight-week Leadership School. IDEALS is a recognized, results oriented leadership program that is now expanding its reach and impact nationally.
